Attorney Keith Lamar Jr.

Keith A. Lamar Jr. began his lifelong mission to uplift the Human Race by instilling a sense of pride in community and affecting global change. 

Attorney Keith Lamar Jr. is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Offices of Keith Lamar Jr. Keith was born in Macon, Georgia and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. After graduating from Stephenson High School, Keith went on to receive his B. A. in Political Science from Morehouse College and his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. Since being admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, he has handled over 1000+ criminal and civil matters. Keith has worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Fulton County, Georgia. 

While working at the Fulton County District Attorney Office Keith was given the privilege to supervise the Community Prosecution Division. While at the D.A.’s Office, Keith was recognized as the Non-Complex Attorney of the Year, Fulton County Employee of the Year, and Fulton County Public Service Award. He was also recognized for receiving one of the fastest verdicts in Fulton County history that resulted in a successful prosecution. He has served as a board member for the National District Attorney Association and served as the National President of the National Black Prosecutor Association. Keith also serves on the Advisory Board for the American University School of Public Affairs where he is helping work on criminal justice reform and case management. 


Attorney Keith Lamar Jr. has consulted and spoken to countless audiences across the nation about the practice of law, criminal justice reform, motivation and overcoming obstacles, and a host of other topics. Keith is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Emerging 100, Atlanta Resource Fellows, American Bar Association, and Gate City Bar Association. Attorney Robert A. Dinkins, Jr.

Robert A. Dinkins, Jr. is an Associate at the Law Office of Keith Lamar, Jr. His practice focuses primarily on Personal Injury and Estates. Born in New Orleans, LA, he and his family moved to Atlanta, GA, after Hurricane Katrina. In Atlanta, he attended and graduated from Berean Christian Junior Academy and Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy. 

While there, Mr. Dinkins took a particular interest in helping and giving back to his community. He was a faithful participant in many social and leadership activities. All these activities culminated in Mr. Dinkins receiving the Posse Foundation Scholarship, where he was awarded full tuition to the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH. There, he majored in Philosophy and continued to be an asset in his community. He worked as an intern at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, and Georgia Court of Appeals during his summer months and was an asset to the organizations.

After graduating from the College of Wooster, Robert began his formal legal education at Cleveland State University College of Law. There, he took on an active role once again. During law school, Robert was the treasurer for the Black Law Students Association, National Lawyer Guild, and Latino Law Students Association, a teaching assistant to Professor Broering-Jacobs and DeSantis’ Torts class, a Dean’s List recipient, and a member of the Black Law Student Association moot court team where he helped his team placed 1st and 3rd consecutively in the Midwest-Region in 2022 and 2023. Robert also had the opportunity to work for the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s office and also externed as a judicial clerk with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Melody J. Stewart at the Ohio Supreme Court. 

Robert has now returned to the city of Atlanta, a place he has called home for years, to serve the community that gave him so many opportunities. Robert's motto is “If you think it, you can do it.” Contact him today if you have any questions on how he can serve you.
